We raise forage crops for our grass-fed beef that is only fertilized with organic materials such as chicken litter, cow manure, and soil additives such as lime. We promote healthy crop rotations and have our pastures set up for rotational grazing. Our pasture paddocks include natural spaces, including forest and range. These practices eliminate the need for commercial sprays and fertilizers thus providing wholsome feed to our animals. The variety of forage promotes a robust flavored meat.
